DataShare; the Victorian Government's spatial data platform, is being upgraded.
The platform will be unavailable between 5pm Tuesday 10 March to 12pm Wednesday 11 March.
What is DataShare?
DataShare is a portal where you can discover and order spatial data.
This includes vector, raster and tabular resources.
DataShare resources are also discoverable through DataVic, for example Vicmap Property - Cadastral Area Boundary Line and Areas of Cultural Heritage Sensitivity.
What is changing?
DataShare, and its underlying systems, are being upgraded to provide:
- More accurate search results
- Improvements to styling, formatting and usability
- Improved dataset ordering experience
How will this impact you?
DataShare will be offline between 5pm Tuesday 10 March to 12pm Wednesday 11 March.
You will be unable to order resources during this time or access your DataShare account.
