Victorian Property Sales Report (VPSR) data for the December 2025 quarter is now available on DataVic.
The VPSR dataset, published by the Valuer-General Victoria, provides property sales information from across the state. It includes median sale prices for houses, units and vacant land by suburb, as well as quarterly and annual price changes. Summary results are also available for metropolitan Melbourne, country Victoria and the state as a whole.
The Victorian median house price increased by 3.9% from $755,500 to $785,000 in the December 2025 quarter, having increased by 0.2% in the previous quarter.
The Victorian median unit price increased by 2.5% from $605,000 to $620,000 in the December 2025 quarter, having increased by 0.8% in the previous quarter.
The Victorian Property Sales Report provides the most comprehensive quarterly property data available. It represents 93% of settled sales across the state.
