Another update for GTFS open data

The Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) has made a further update to the Timetable and Geographic Information - GTFS open dataset. It now incorporates the same tram route colours as those shown in the Victorian Tram Network Map.

This change in the data will help bring closer alignment to the different tram line colours shown at interchange stations. It will also enhance the user experience for app providers that consume and display this information in their products.

This update is reflective of the evolving customer experience the community expects along with DTPs growing relationships with app providers. DTP is continuing to demonstrate improvements to existing datasets and release new open data in line with State Governments Open Data policy and objectives.
