GOVHACK 2021 Transport winner - Agito App

GovHack is Australia's largest open government and open data hackathon and the Victorian Government has been involved for almost a decade.

For GovHack 2021 the Victorian Government provided three challenges for participants to attempt. One of the challenges asked participants to address the problem of getting people back to work safely post COVID.

The winner of the challenge was Agito app.

Agito app is an application that empowers you to make a more informed decision on whether it's a work-from-office (WFO) or work-from-home (WFH) day in the new COVID-normal world.

By using open APIs to showcase COVID-19 data, exposure sites, weather updates and crowd density data, Agito helps you decide the best mode of transport and route to take to get to your workplace safely.

The office management system allows you to book a desk, meeting room or car park at your workplace to support COVID safety.
