I would be interested in seeing (anonymised) Myki touch on and off data made available.
It occurs to me that, as PTV already make the standardized timetable and delay/disruption information available, if that were mapped it the locations and times users touched on and off it would be possible to determine the *number* of passengers impacted by a disruption.
This could make compensation for late-running or not-as-timetabled operator performance more equitable, because rather than overall percentage performance, there specific data regarding which services, time of day and number of impacted passengers.
